PC I can't go on Terraria ;-;

So... I have a problem. It's really complicated.

After I retrieved my "Missing Executable", I was going to play Terraria again. But, this pops up:

I was trying to figure out what the was going on. Then, I realised, it was because:

I have no idea why it says 1.2.4.1
I really need help with this situation, I want to play 1.3, please
If anyone has a solution, please let me know! Thanks!

If you don't mind losing your Achievement Progress (If you had any) you could Backup your World from the Game Files and and Re-install Terraria. Maybe, i'm not sure.
