PC i have problems with the new version of tmodloader

hi I'm an old terraria player who has now switched to playing modded thanks to the tmodloader , but this is no longer possible because when in the new version I open the mod browser to choose the mods the loading time is a lot we talk about 1-2 minutes for just the search for the mod . Does anyone have the same problem that I have? if yes, could you tell me how to decrease the time for research? sorry for the bad spelling but I use the translator.
