PS4 I lost a fully explored map and can no longer zoom.

My world with maybe 500-600 hours had a fully explored map and i put so much time into doing so. When I opend the world on 1.4 the map was completely unexplored and it is just aggravating to have that much work lost. I also can not zoom on the map.
 
The same has happened to me and I was in the middle of removing my hollow and putting it somewhere it can't spread but I i had a little bit left so I can't face how much it has spread while I can't find it
 
Xbox here, the same problem Is happening with me. I completely restarted so I don't know about wether or not the maps are reset but the zoom feature for the map is not working. Even when I change the minimap zoom controls it doesn't even show up as a button I can press on the bottom of the screen. When I press it, it does nothing
