you really can't get a dungeon spirit to spawn? are you sure you have defeated Plantera and have killed a dungeon enemy with over 100 HP?

You can't obtain ecto mist you can only get it to generate and it's more of a crafting station than an item. and the drunk seed shouldn't prevent the forming of graveyards/ecto mist
