I think that I signed into my steam account and connected it here, but I don't have the rank you get for doing that. Sorry if I'm supposed to get it later I'm just an inpatient person.

If you mean your Forum Title, you have to manually set your title through your account details page. The setting you will want on that page is the "Active Title".

According to your earned trophies, it appears you do have the Steampunker title. It will appear after you set it to your active title in the settings.
