Switch I Think the Steampunker is Broken

The Steampunker sold me steampunk goggles in September but I thought that she only sold them during Halloween but she had them and no one else sold their Halloween stuff and the clock was correct (on the console itself). Can you tell me if this is a bug or if I'm just mistaken and she sells it during a certain moon phase?

On the Console version halloween starts today (on PC it starts on the 1st) so it is the halloween event right now

On PC the Halloween event starts on the 1st of September.
On everything else it starts on the 10th.
So yes, she does sell the goggles only at halloween.
She is selling them because it IS halloween.
