NPCs & Enemies I think there should be a Electrician NPC

I think there should be a Electrician NPC for all the new wiring gadgets now you can buy Conveyor Belts, the ew pressure plates that are activated by projectiles, and the new tool that can directly activate actuators without needing a wire signal and the new accessory that can automatically place actuators with blocks, Hardhat, logic gates (AND, NAND, OR, NOR, XOR, and XNOR), and even timers (I always have to go out and mine for hours to find gold and platinum.

First? You haven't presented an argument for this guy being actually useful. I personally think that the new 1.3.1 stuff should be sold by mechanic or steampunker as that makes much more sense.

No support. Really, the Mechanic, Steampunker, and maybe Goblin Tinkerer depending on who they give the new tools to fit the role of an electrician. It wouldn't be worth the effort for the devs when they can just give the new goodies to said old NPCs just fine.
