You can only get one with inventory editors. It isn't obtainable yet.

The Gravity Globe is unobtainable. Plus, it doesn't work like regular grav potions. You can't switch directions until you have landed on a block, so you can't switch directions while still in the air. I kind of like it, but sort of not.
