First of all, there are so few!
Only 7 whips
Please, add more of them in a minor update or something!
I have some ideas here using some Google images:
Tentacle Whip: A giant tentacle with suction cups which could be found in Water Chests in pre-hardmode.
Plasma/Electric Whip: Basically it would be another variant of the "electric weapons" that were introduced in 1.4, Thunder Zapper and Storm Spear, but as a whip! so like these two it can be found in Sandstone Chests.
Eel Whip: This one can be pre-Plantera, more specifically a Blood Eel drop, also it would only be slightly stronger than the Firecracker.
I know this is bad quality but I'll be drawing or making sprites of these three whips to add more interest to the suggestion!
