PC idk what is this error

Terrarian
when I open the terraria by steam it installs the .net framework (which I already have) but when I try to open it again, it asks to install again, and when I open it directly through the folder, it appears:

"To run this application, you must first install one of the following .NET Framework versions
v4.0.30319
Contact the application editor for instructions on obtaining the appropriate version of the .NET Framework"

Open up your control panel and go to program and features where you would uninstall a program. Search ".Net" and uninstall all versions of .Net until none are left in the event you have multiple.

Then reinstall .Net 4.7.2

Let's start with that and see where that gets us.
