If the person above you was a character in Terraria, would they be a boss, a TownNPC or an Enemy?

A boss that spawns after 50 Wyvrens are killed, would have 85000 HP, 25 Defense, deal 90 damage (Melee) 50 damage (Ranged)

And if they have the Wyvren mount

The boss in progression before Duke Fishron, and after Wall of Flesh. Now necessary for Duke to be able to get summoned.
"Irradiated Suicine"
HP: 20,000(30,000)
DF: 35(60)
AT: 70(120) Contact | 50(80) Irradiated Hydro Pump | 60(100) Irradiated Bubble Beam | (150) Hyper Beam
=====
The boss consists of only one stage.
When summoned, Suicine will first dash at you, then flash green. When flash finishes, it uses cross Hydro pumps. Woe for those without protection with nature! The second dash is shorter, but now intermixed with three Bubble Beams. In expert mode, the third dash, the longest, is followed by Hyper Beam.

The attacks increase in speed once he falls beyond 25% HP.
Drops:
Strange Ball (14.27%) - Summons a Suicine to ride the waves of the seas!
Suicine Mask (14.27%) - Now you can impersonate a Wave Rider yourself!
Suicine Trophy (14.27%) - Okay, this one is more of radioactive head still looking at you creepily.
Hydro Pump - Magic weapon, summons piercing water beam dealing 60 damage, costing 10 mana and only piercing two foes, dissipating at third.
Volt Tackler - A HM upgrade to Arkhalis, 48 damage per slash.
Squirtle Staff - HM summoner staff. Summons an non-piercing Squirtle attacking with Water Gun. Deals 25 damage, shooting faster than Hornets, and more likely to be on contact with foes.
Vortex - One of two HM Sniper Rifles. Does exactly 125 damage without bullets (so technically damage is 132+), has 15% Critical Chance.
(EX) Treasure Bag
- Legacy of Seas - Gains 15% increase in ranged and magic damage, 5% critical chance for these two, +20 mana and 1mana/s when having a merfolk buff.
(Accessory desc.: This is to crown the righteous Merfolk, people of seas. Legends said about them being a thriving community once upon a time. They're extinct now, but the spirits will always help those who want to revive the community.)

Spawned with a Truffle Worm in Lake (about 1000 blocks of water worth, but not near beach, that summons Duke Fishron)

A shiny snivy critter that appears in hardmode rarely but never despawns, unique among critters in that it has 50 hp and rapidly fires razor leaf projectiles when threatened for 30 damage each
20 def
Capturing it allows you to craft it into 100 razor leaves at a titanium forge (if your conscience can handle it)
