Wrath of Cthulhu: Get killed by the Moon Lord when he has less than 10% health remaining.

Cthulhu's Revenge: Get killed by the Eye of Cthulhu after defeating the Moon Lord.

Move (some) horizontal distance without pressing any movement keys without a mount.

Straight up teleporting wouldn't count, but hoiking or launching yourself out with a portal gun would work.

Most of his films weren't horror films. Even then, those that were horror films or contained horror elements (The Shining, 2001: A Space Odissey, A Clockwork Orange) wouldn't be able to provide a villain who would fit into the eclipse event.
