For every 0.5 seconds the rocket is stuck to the enemy it explodes and deals an Area of Effect blast that damages both the enemy, And anything around it. (This also means you could fire three of the projectiles and damage three different enemies simultaneously)

Shots expire once the enemy is dead, The tool is deselected, Or the player is killed.
