If you could combine two weapons at once

Pygmy Staff + Tactical Shotgun = Tactical Pygmy Staff
Your minions carry little shotguns and tactical armor. Knockback is reduced in exchange for a higher damage output.

Amber Staff + Amethyst Staff + Diamond Staff + Emerald Staff + Ruby Staff + Sapphire Staff + Topaz Staff + 50 Crystal Shards = Prismatic Staff
An early Hardmode weapon that fires a burst of three magic projectiles of random colors in the direction of the cursor. Colors are randomly chosen and based on the various gem colors of the staves that made it. Has a chance to inflict the Silence debuff.

Blizzard Staff + Inferno Fork = Rain of Fire
A magic-based weapon that functions similarly to the Blizzard Staff, except that small fireballs rain from the sky and explode in short bursts upon contact with solid ground or an enemy target. Has the chance to inflict the On Fire debuff to applicable targets.

Coin Gun + Life Drain = Blood Money Gun
Functionally similar to the Coin Gun with an added twist. If you attempt to use it when you don't have money, it will take 20% of your max health each second that you use it, but the projectiles are as powerful as Platinum Coins. 5 seconds of continuous use will kill you. High risk, high reward.

Slime Staff + Jellyfish Necklace = Jellyfish Staff
Summons a floating jellyfish minion that hovers close to the character and attacks with contact damage if a hostile mob gets within a a certain distance to the player. The jellyfish minion will light up and become a light source if submerged in water or if the player is outdoors in the rain.

Nimbus Rod + Golden Shower + 10 Chlorophyte Bars = Acid Rain
Summons a stationary magic cloud that can inflict the Ichor debuff to targets.

Anchor + Hammush = Fungal Anchor
Striking a foe with this weapon would cause fungal spores to lash out and strike the nearest target(s) with homing contact damage.

Shadowflame Knife + Bladetongue = Ichor Dagger
Slightly slower than the Shadowflame Knife, the Ichor Dagger would cause ichor to spurt out whenever the thrown knife makes contact with a target.

Shadowflame Knife + Cursed Flames = Unholy Dagger
A more potent version of the Shadowflame Knife, it inflicts the Cursed Inferno debuff to applicable targets whenever they're struck.

Wand of Sparking + Trident = Magic Trident
A weaker early game weapon that combines the melee range of the Trident with the magic burst from the Wand of Sparking. If consumes magic to use the burst but the Trident can still be used if the player runs out of mana.

Rocket Launcher + Meowmere = Cat Cannon
Has a power on par with other Moon Lord tier weapons. The cannon fires at the same speed as the Rocket Launcher. The projectile is the Meowmere cat that fires in a straight line until it hits something and has the properties of the rocket used as ammunition, exploding in a nice meow sound.

Tempest Staff + Forbidden Fragment = Sandstorm Staff
Replaces the moist water tornadoes with sand tornadoes and the sharks with sand sharks. Overall it does a bit more damage than the Tempest Staff. Contact with the sand tornadoes from an opposing player may inflict the Darkness debuff.

Pocket Mirror + Ankh Shield = Mirror Shield
6 base defense, has all debuff immunities as the Ankh Shield, plus the added immunity of the Stoned debuff. Hey, I don't care if it's not a weapon. We need this.
 
Boomstick + Rocket Launcher = "BOOM!"-stick

-Bullets fired function as normal bullets but consume rockets as ammo
-pellets move the same except each pellet does damage equal to the type of rocket and does small AOE damage
-If the rocket consumed is type 2 or 4 the pellets will destroy blocks
 
Starfury + Enchanted sword + Katana + Dark Lance = This thing similar to Night's Edge but with beams that summons falling stars on impact.

True "This thing" + True Night's Edge = That thing similar to Terra Blade but fires spinning swords(like True night's edge but with autowing)
True "This thing" + True Excalibur = That thing(1) similar to Terra Blade but summons falling stars on impact(lake long ranged Starfury)

Night's Edge+Daedalus's StormBow=Midnight's Stormsword (which shoots a sword rain)
Unholy Trident+MegaShark= UnholyShark (shoots spam tridents with insanely high speed)
Elf Melter+Terra Blade=Terra Melter (spam Terra Blades)
LastPrism+Betsy's Wrath=Betsy's Crystal (shoots a defence reducing beam of Betsy's Fire Breath)
Death Sickle+Beam Sword=Beam Sickle (shoots Yellow Death Sickles)
