I'd say the Angler but, since he doesn't truly die, it's better to torture him by building his house out of poo blocks.

The Tavernkeep. The OoA is useless in most cases and he just takes up housing.

the Dryad or the Nurse. The Dryad is lazy for not going out there and purifying all of that stuff herself and the nurse is just rude, especially during blood moons.
