The next update, apart from having balance changes and the like, will also focus on adding more ammo types throughout progression.

There's already the bronze arrows sold by the fletcher, but apart from that I haven't really engaged with ammunition that much.

logo looks cool, but the background feels a bit empty (also are droplets animated?)
EDIT: I'd also add that cyan color from laser beam to bottom half of each letter. imo it would make it look even better

the droplets are indeed animated, and I'll try tweaking the logo a bit and see how it looks.
 
here's my current list of ammo ideas, I'll also marked which ones are implemented so far:

arrows:
  • granite arrow: heavier than other arrows, explodes into granite chunks ✅
  • bronze arrow: pierces twice ✅
  • shadow arrow: inflicts shadowflame
  • void arrow: creates void bolts as it travels ✅
  • jade arrow: flies straight and explodes on contact ✅
  • combi arrow: inflicts hellfire, frostburn, shadowflame, cursed inferno, and ichor ✅
  • gilded arrow: has weak homing
  • moonlight arrow: creates solar eruption-esque explosion on contact ✅
bullets:
  • burning bullet: inflicts hellfire
  • frostbite bullet: inflicts frostburn
  • shadow bullet: inflicts shadowflame
  • combi bullet: inflicts hellfire, frostburn, shadowflame, cursed inferno, and ichor ✅
  • moonlight bullet: creates solar eruption-esque explosion on contact

In eons past, there was a mighty kingdom that spanned all of Terraria.
And yet, it was never enough.

This is my first attempt at modding, a small-ish scale content mod!

It's still heavily WIP, but I've put what I have so far up on Steam workshop: Link

So far it's got:

- 80+ new weapons
- 9 new armor sets
- 1 new armor piece
- 5 new vanity items
- 10+ new accesories
- 10+ new materials
- 4 new tiles
- 3 new enemies
- 8 new bosses
- Boss Checklist compatibility

I'll post updates here occasionally, and I'd love to hear any feedback and bug reports!
Seems intruiging. Curious to see how this develops!
 
I also got struck by a bout of "ooh shiny new thing" and started messing with worldgen :guideembarrassed:

It always spawns in the left third of the world and for now contains one structure, the granite archive.

The idea was to have one area where all my custom structures could go, (hopefully) limiting conflict with other mods that alter worldgen. It also functions as a free hellevator!
 
And now I'm working on a ruined floating city you'll encounter above the chasm:

I haven't tested it much with multiplayer, but when I played with a friend it was mostly fine except for this bizzare issue where items were dropping the previous item in alphabetical order (for example an enemy dropping toxin vials would drop tainted spears instead)

I haven't been able to recrate it since so I have zero clue what caused it.
 
Sorry about the radio silence btw, all the ammo types listed above are complete so now I'm just finishing the custom structures and their loot.

it might be because of you or your friend's client side mods. I dunno if it work that way, but I've seen somebody discussing the same issue on tmodloader discord
 
Alright, update 0.52 is out now, which adds:

- New ammo types for bows and guns
- New world gen modification with the Chasm and 2 related structures
- (hopefully) Fixed bestiary entries being all over the place
- Updated sprites for a bunch of stuff
- 2 new keybinds I was messing around with that currently do nothing
- New items related to the above structure, alongside some random ones sprinkled through progression
- Granite Construct's summon item has been changed to only be craftable after its defeat, now must be summoned via a special artifact in one of the new structures
