You mean an image hyperlink. You need to put the bcode for an image within the bcode for an url.
For instance,

[url=http://www.google.com][img]http://i.imgur.com/pUqX1mi.gif[/img][/url]

Which looks like this:

Will take you to Google when clicked.

EDIT: Then again, the button works as stated above lol.
