This isn't to discredit the work of the Terraria development team on the new soundtracks that are coming soon, I'm actually really excited to hear them in the game!. But I believe the music from Terraria Otherworld is truly a gem, especially for setting the mood in biomes like the underground jungle, rain, or the blood moon.
I know there’s already a special seed to listen to that soundtrack, and there is a way to do it without playing on that seed, which is through the party girl. I play Terraria on Android, and when I create a new world without a seed and enable the Otherworld music with the party girl, this setting isn’t saved and reverts to the original music when I leave my world.
It would be really great if they added an option to change the soundtrack from the game settings instead of using the party girl. This would be more convenient and allow both new and veteran players to enjoy these awesome tracks!
