Resolved important problem for me

I do not know why but I can no longer recover items in the game ^^ I can restart the pc or the games even reinstall it does not work anymore I don't know what to do to solve this problem thank you for reading and sorry for the inconvenience

In your inventory, did you pick up an Encumbering Stone along the way.

Having one in your inventory prevents picking up items.
