I have wondered what would our local worlds be after the mobile 1.3 update.I Mean is our worlds gonna be expert or normal or can we chose?

As console got no option to convert the mode of our world once 1.3 hit, I doubt that. There was also never an ability to change the mode of your world on PC.
I don’t think the devs would be so cruel that they would automatically convert your world to expert.

I dont think it will automatically turn expert i mean like imagine a guy just downloaded a day before 1.3 and his world turned into expert while preparing for EOC the chain dash would obliberate the guy

If you want to truly experience Expert mode you need to start anew.

You COULD Bring your normal mode character to an expert world, though.
