So, if I'm getting this right, drippler crippler is mainly a crowd control weapon? Because I was using it against skeleprime and the shadowflame dagger did more work than the crippler, probably because of the range difference. I could be doing something wrong tho

Drippler is amazing against destroyer, beeing able to get sub-5s kills if you hit the coil fast enought. So yeah, its a croud weapon.
After reading through basically nearly all of the guide, I gotta admit that most of the tier2 OOA ogre weapons could probably do with a buff (tho I think the phantom phoenix stats should not be changed but I think the fire phoenixes should be able to go into water).
The brand of inferno could get an effect similar to the light bane’s effect but it could be much more fiery and damaging and stick to the enemy more like if the enemy way actually being seared by a branding iron.
The ghastly glaive could be able to reach a longer length like the gungnir and the sleeping octopod should be able to benefit from melee speed increases and the faster it swing the bigger the snot attack could be.

Tested again, and once again confirmed that Drippler Crippler absolutely blows Shadowflame Knife out of the water. It's not even remotely close. I don't want to repeat myself but can I get the answer for this:
Also, yeah Drippler Crippler destroys the Shadowflame Knife. I think Shadowflame Knife is generally a mediocre weapon thats good for its availability and not really anything else.
Can you tell the all menacing build that had %80 crit chance with the Staff of Earth?

The Horseman's Blade: C
One of them is a strong weapon that is just risky to use, but does its job doneCandy Corn Rifle: C+

Bubble Gun should be ranked way higher. It is practically the highest DPS weapon in the game until post-ml, and also has significant use cases against ML himself. Its feats includes being able to speedkill Master EoL in under 20 seconds when minmaxed, even without hybrid Summoner setups (its record being 16 seconds when coupled with Betsy's Wrath + Fishron mount). Against late Hardmode event it's also more than practical to use against miniboss foes (as well as Betsy), and if you did Pre-mech Duke then it's also the best weapon against Plantera period to the point you probably won't even need a remotely large arena since you can just kill her before she kills you.

This isn't really needed, since the start of this post also has a ranking for bullets (and arrows too). Though I do think that said bullet and arrow ranking could use a bit more clarification on tiers, since using the colours alone makes it a bit annoying to have to refer back to what each colour means. There's a bullet tier list that I have been using while going through the S-A tier guns you've noted here, never disappoints. This is not the case anymore for Silver Bullets. Tungsten bullets still do this but Silver Bullets use a different projectile which deals 300% damage to werewolves as of 1.4.4 and as a result are not high velocity if used with HV guns.have 2 more base damage than the Musket Pouch and still enable the high-velocity effect of guns like Uzi and Sniper Rifle, if that matters to you.

I'm not seeing it. The more you practice and optimize a boss fight with specific movements, the less applicable your findings will become to the average person. Compared to things like Razorpine or even Bat Scepter, the typical Terraria player will NOT be killing EoL faster with the Bubble Gun while following the muscle memory they've developed over the entire playthrough up until that point. And it's not like Fetid Baghnakhs where you can just go unga bunga mode and stand directly on top of the boss; you have to weave through lasers and sunbeams while chasing down a boss that is flying away from you half the time. (Or in the case of ML, a boss that is typically fought at a distance where the Bubble Gun is only around 60-70% accurate.) I am not disagreeing that the Bubble Gun has the highest potential DPS until post-ML, but that doesn't warrant placing it higher than Razorpine. It does pretty well for some things and falls short at other things. That's the hallmark of a B-tier weapon.Bubble Gun should be ranked way higher. Saying it does some things "Pretty well" is an understatement, whatever it excels at, it excels close to if not more than every other weapon until Post-ML (Comparable to Phantasm). It's a close-ranged weapons that makes most other close-ranged weapons seem weak in comparison in that department. Funnily enough, the best way to use Bubble Gun against EoL is to move away from her so that she follows you while you aim the Bubble Gun at where she's moving at.I'm not seeing it. The more you practice and optimize a boss fight with specific movements, the less applicable your findings will become to the average person. The most important question is, besides the fact that shorter ranged weapons inherently can't hit stuff that are far away, what does Bubble Gun fall short at, especially compared to other limited-range weapons including Razorpine? In what situation is Razorpine perfectly usable but Bubble Gun is suddenly impractical? Bubble Gun is the best Plantera weapon and it's easy to use on her. It's easy to use against Golem. It excels in the Hardmode dungeon. It excels at rematching Duke Fishron for his other drops. It excels against moon event minibosses, possibly except Ice Queen (I've never tried it on her). It's perfectly usable against OOA, mainly the minibosses & Betsy's. Lunatic Cultist is weird, you either do not use it against LC or you just facetank him in seconds, all or nothing. It can excel against pillars depending on the circumstances. It's viable against ML if you are willing to play aggressively at times, being just as if not more rewarding than the likes of Solar Eruption and KaleiPrisma. The only major suspicious case is Empress of Light, where you need to play in a more specific way to make it work and that's simply not happening for players who aren't experienced at the fight. But that's about it.
I will now bring up many placement of other weapons to compare against Bubble Gun. Ranking Bubble Gun B+ genuinely feels inconsistent with other rankings.
Solar Eruption is ranked A- even though it's obtained later in progression and can be considered worse than Bubble Gun for close-range single target DPS. If Bubble Gun is to be considered impractical against ML, then Solar Eruption also needs to drop.
Ore Repeaters are ranked A- even though they have aggressively average performance and generally have no feats or particularly strong use cases, not to mention they have zero longevity through HM progression. Bubble Gun as I said is not only basically number 1 in DPS through HM progression (becoming comparable with the likes of Phantasm post-cultist), but it's also viable until the game's end.
Shadowflame Hex Doll is similar to Bubble Gun: High DPS, low mana cost, low range, has uses past its progression point. Yet it's ranked in A-.
Fetid is ranked all the way up to A+ compared to Bubble Gun's B+, even though not only is Fetid a lot less practical to use for the average player, but its performance is actually matched if not surpassed by a few other weapons like Drippler Crippler for example. Meanwhile no weapon really matches Bubble Gun's peak DPS until post-cultist.
Optic Staff edges out other minions for being the overall best minion for Plantera, other than that it's actively on par if not inferior in other situations. It also warrants some AI manipulation which beginner players won't bother with. Yet it ranks significantly higher than Bubble Gun which outclasses other weapons instead of being outclassed & has much higher longevity throughout progression.
Flamethrower gets to be ranked all the way up to S for having one of the highest DPS in its tier at the cost of shorter range, but Bubble Gun only gets B+ for having the highest DPS in its tier at the cost of shorter range.
Unholy Trident is a magic weapon ranked on the same tier as Bubble Gun despite having zero feats or real relevance in the game's meta. It's decent on Plantera and then immediately gets replaced after. Bubble Gun does more & for longer but is put on the same pedestal.
Chlorophyte Partisan is put on the same pedestal as Bubble Gun despite having average at best DPS in its tier instead of the highest, and zero longevity instead of being viable for multiple tiers.
True Night's Edge has impressive results when used at close-range, but despite having less longevity through HM progression and being arguably harder to use it's ranked higher than Bubble Gun (A-).
Piranha Gun has zero feats and its availability is pretty much as low as it can get, yet it's ranked the same as Bubble Gun.
Shadowbeam Staff is directly called "Outclassed" but is ranked in the same tier as Bubble Gun. Shadowbeam beam Staff is outclassed at its job, Bubble Gun outclasses other weapons at its job. These should not be ranked equally.
Possessed Hatchet is ranked on the same tier as Bubble Gun, while being in around the same tier in progression. But Hatchet is far from the best homing weapon, while Bubble Gun is the best close-range single target DPS weapon.
Raven Staff is basically unusable against Duke Fishron and against EoL it requires manipulation to bring out its potential. It also has less longevity, being replaced by Xeno Staff or Stardust, whichever comes first. Its overall damage output coupled with whips is comparable to Bubble Gun when taking piercing into account. And yet, Raven Staff is ranked higher (A-) despite objectively having more shortcoming than Bubble Gun and having comparable performance at best.
Flairon is ranked higher than Bubble Gun despite being feat-less and it having generally worse performance, shorter lifespan and having much more competition. And they're obtained from the same boss loot pool.
Starlight straight up has lower DPS than Bubble Gun despite having similar range, yet they are on the same tier. Sure, Starlight pierces, but Bubble Gun simply has significantly higher DPS that more than makes up for it. As you said, it's good enough against crowds on its own.
Razorpine is ranked all the way up to A+, despite having less DPS and draining mana faster even though it also has short range.
Blizzard Staff is ranked higher even though it burns your mana, has slightly lower peak DPS and is less versatile including being outclassed against LC & ML since it cannot really concentrate its firepower well.
If you basically give Bubble Gun more range + piercing it suddenly becomes insanely overpowered, S+ and the best weapon in the game (Remix Aqua Scepter).

TL;DR: Bubble Gun's placement at B+ makes little sense if you ask me, it leads to inconsistencies and frankly hard-to-believe shared grades. Putting Bubble Gun on the same pedestal as the likes of Chlorophyte Partisan, Possessed Hatchet, Heat Ray and lower than HM Ore Repeaters is just not right. Weapons that are blatantly much worse at their role than Bubble Gun is at its role are actively being ranked equally or higher than it. Weapons that have similar performance (at best) but are objectively more limited or flawed are actively being ranked equally or higher than it. Bubble Gun is closer to like A or A+ and I'm being generous because I would personally rank it up to S-.

When I say weapons have no feats I'm not necessarily calling them bad, but that they lack particularly standout strengths & aren't close to being the best at anything in particular. For example (Stuff like Star Cannon and Coin Gun are ignored for this purpose) Boomstick has the feat of dealing practically the highest DPS of all pre-hm weapons until post-evil or so, after close-range Starfury and Demon Scythe if we count it. Blade Staff has the feat of being one of the best mobbing weapons in the game for pre-mech & post-Plantera dungeon. Phantasm has the feat of being overall the highest DPS pillar weapon, comparable to Stardust Dragon + Firecracker which is much less practical and more of a meme. Drippler Crippler has the feat of having the fastest killtimes on multiple bosses (Skeletron Prime and Plantera) when used to its potential. Dart Rifle has the feat of being arguably the best Mechdusa killer with Cursed Darts to the point it might as well be a cheese. And most relevantly, Bubble Gun has the feat of dealing some of the highest DPS in the whole game to the point of comparing itself to the highest DPS pillar weapons, despite being obtainable at any point in Hardmode, being more practical than close-range Solar Eruption in general and being more consistent/reliable than Dragon Cracker. When did Flairon had bad performance
Almost all of the weapons I brought up just now are ranked S tier, with one of them being S+. And most of them requires precise aiming, fighting at close-range or (DPS-wise) Whip stacking in Blade Staff's case to draw out their potential. Yet Bubble Gun is the only one of them being heavily penalized for requiring skill to use at its best.

Based on these arguments I think I will bump Bubble Gun to A-, since I placed Shadowflame Hex Doll in A- for similar reasons. The main reason why I don't favor the Bubble Gun is that its niche (close-range single target magic DPS) is not that useful outside of speedkilling, and the only way to develop the skill required to get an S-tier performance from it is to actually fight the boss over and over to learn the patterns. Contrast whip stacking and aiming narrow weapons, which you get better at from fighting basically anything. But yes, even without sweating too much, I am able to get an A- tier performance from the Bubble Gun, so that is where it will go. As a reminder, Bubble Gun is being tiered as a post-Golem weapon since that is where it would be if you were doing bosses in order of increasing difficulty; it gets no credit for being technically pre-mech.Saying it does some things "Pretty well" is an understatement, whatever it excels at, it excels close to if not more than every other weapon until Post-ML (Comparable to Phantasm). It's a close-ranged weapons that makes most other close-ranged weapons seem weak in comparison in that department. Nightglow: A
One of them is a strong homing weapon that has good dps, with the utility of being the easiest weapon to use in the entire gameStellar Tune: B+
One of them is a weapon with almost the same dps as Nightglow, with the utility of wall pierce, inherently high crit chance (good synergy with Spectre mask) and good crowd control
Both of them are good weapons that balance each other with different utilities. Both should be A tier
Nebula Arcanum: A-
Both of these should be B tierSolar Eruption: A-
They are very bad for the Moon Lord, and every time I tried them, it went horribly wrong
They aren't even that good against the pillars, especially the Solar Eruption. Trying to kill pillar enemies with a mid ranged, inconsistent weapon is a lot of trouble that is not worth it.
