I like tomatoes raw and whole or sliced with salt. I like potatoes mashed, twice baked, and as fries. Lettuce is good on BLTs but aside from that I barely eat it. For rice, I like jasmine rice cooked in a 2:3 rice:water ratio with a splash of olive oil, garlic powder and ground black pepper. Carrots are great in some soups. I put them in my chicken soup. I don't eat chicken nuggets.
