By clicking on the "Interact" touch button, the character will use the item in his hand at the same time as it interacts with the one being marked by the cursor, for example, in case the player wants to use the button to mark spawn in a bed and is with a mirror in his hand, he will use the mirror and mark spawn at the same time.

I am also having the very same issue. Interact button uses whatever is in the hand.

ye this is on all mobile versions, its nothing major, but it can get annoying at times
