Is Fetid Baghnakas a direct upgrade to Arkhalis?

Arkhalis is a really fast weapon. It is very OP for pre-hardmode
Fetid Baghnakas are with faster speed, more damage, and very OP for hardmode

Is the Fetid Baghnaks an upgrade to Arkhalis?
 
Its definitely a better general weapon for Hardmode, if that's what you mean, though its not exactly an upgrade on the Arkhalis in mechanics. Arkhalis has very versatile aiming, while F.B.s are really just "extremely fast swords" with all the normal aiming limitations that come with them.
