Is it worth switching from a sanguine staff to another?

Killed with a fellow mechanics, and the question arose. Now I have a sanguine staff, which staffs should I upgrade to in the future? As far as I know, Sanguine is strong against fast bosses, crowds.

its kinda overrated the blade is better for plant i recommend the twin or raven staff
 
Sanguine is decent, although Blade and Optic perform better vs plantera and then sanguine is kind of outclassed by the time you get to post plant with ravens and deadly sphere staff, sanguine is extremely outclassed by desert tiger especially with proper whip stacking. Xeno staff post golem is amazing and does well vs empress and duke. And of course stardust dragon is stardust dragon
