Is that a glitch that happened to me.

Hey everyone! I wanna ask something. So I was playing Terraria on my mobile (on Android version) and I found the underworld. So I was quite scared, cause I thought that there will be like very advanced monsters and stuff. But then I killed one of them and i got a present, so I opened the present and I got Ice Rod! I was pretty shocked, cause it looked quite powerful and it is very fast! Later I checked the wiki (Gamepedia) and it said that it is a hardmode item which was new shocking news cause I am at prehardmode. Anyway can you tell me was it a glitch or not cause I really wanna know. Thx!

Im not sure if this is a bug or not, but seeing as the mana flower can be found in gold chests, but not in PC, it may be one of those odd Mobile only things. Only way to tell if it's a feature is for further confirmation from other players.

Definitely a glitch. Some people have reported finding the Hamdrax in Shadow chests since 1.1 was released.

On mobile, there is a BUG where you can get pretty much any item from a present

The ice rod is sold from the Wizard in hardmode, confirming the glitch.
I'm sure a fix will be out rather soon.

Wow...Yes you can get nealy every item in a game with presents.I have gotten like 2 Hamdraxes but well i have opened over 200 presents and never gotten Ice rod.Im sure it`s a bug but it`s an insane luck too!
