PC Is there a mod that plays like day 1 Terraria?

As someone that had day 1 Terraria I miss the absolute chaos of that build! Spawn rate caps practically didn't exist. Building your first wall was an actual challenge! For those that haven't seen it, this dev video was just weeks prior to Terraria's launch

You can actually get pretty early versions of terraria working, and in a totally legitimate and legal way too. PC - How to (legally) play old versions of Terraria (even up to 1.0.0)

Ideally I'm looking for a spawn rate/ cap tweaking mod with hardmode content relatively untouched. I guess theres nothing stopping me playing through the early game and importing the character later on though.
