Hi, I hope I'm asking in the right subforum... Terraria Tweaker 2 is a fantastic tool, but I can't seem to find a way to do this certain thing, & I'm not sure if such a tool exists or not, so I figured I'll ask the community:
Is there a plug-in compatible with TT2 out there (TTPlugins or otherwise, however that works?), where on a Mediumcore character (drop inventory upon death), when one retrieves their stuff, their inventory sorts itself to the same state as when the player died?
Or at very least, the hotbar goes back to how the player had it with certain weapons/potions/tools in certain slots, plus one's equipped armor sets & accessories also go back to their previous slot assignments?
(EDIT: Thinking about it though, it could be a problem if the player then dies on the way back to their body, perhaps even having picked up different stuff along the way... So maybe then the solution would be to "bookmark" or "favorite" a hotbar & armor/accessory layout, which is then what it attempts to restore when items of the same kind are picked up? Or else only tries to apply to the specific items when recovered? IDK...)
I love playing with certain game problems fixed with TT2, so having something that works with the utility would be most ideal. And I enjoy the challenging risk of losing my stuff, but I'm dying so darn much I spend more time fixing my inventory than playing & it's getting super tedious...
(Yeah yeah, I know, but maybe I can "git gud" when I get to actually play more, & inventory-manage less. Classic Mode just doesn't have enough risk for my tastes, so I think this middle-ground would keep the pressure high but waste less of what little free time I have. Thanks.
