PC Is there any modes that remove corruption and hallow instantly

If you mean a legitimate gameplay setting or option that removes all the Corruption and Hallow in your World instantly, no such option exists.
Theoretically the only way to completely remove corruption or hallow in a world without resorting to third party mods or tools would be to use the clentaminator everywhere, possibly in combination with the Drill Containment Unit as well. Those two would likely be the fastest options for cleansing a world of Corruption and Hallow. It would naturally take a lot longer on worlds larger than the Small size.
