PC Is there any way to automatically swap out equipment?

Hello, im a rather inexperienced player on Terraria PC, im currently making a tank build, where I pull all the agro and hold the enemies still so my friends can kill them. I use the paladins shield item so my teammates have more survivability but as most will know, the paladins sheild is only active when above 25% health, meaning if I drop below its absolutley useless (apart from knockback immunity), however, there is another item called the frozen turtle shell, if it were possible to have the paladins shield automatically swap out for the frozen turtle shell if I went below 25% health, it would be VERY usefull. If anyone knows ANY way how I could possibly do this without having to swap it from my social bar manually then it would be very helpfull, even if it requires a mod.

That would be effectively using 2 accessoires for one slot. Basically combining the accessoire without needing a tinkerer. So I don't think there will be a way this would be automated.

I think at best, you can look for a mod that combines the 2 accessoires. Or just use 2 accessoire slots.
