PC Is this a common occurrence or is it rare ?

As i was searching in an Expert Pre-Hardmode world looking for a Nymph, I came across this Skeleton Merchant that obviously doesn't have its normal texture.
I have several hypothysis on what it may be but for now im just gonna ask the forum if anyone more experienced than me knows what this is.
The sprite of this merchant appears to be a woman with very long blond hair wearing a green witch's hat, some beige pants, brown shoes and a green shirt.
Note that the npc had a normal Skeleton Merchant name being "Mandible Calavera" and is selling perfectly normal items that he would sell during a full moon.
I may later go through the game files looking for where this texture came from later on but now im asking you guys .

Do you have a texture pack enabled? That's probably why the Skeleton Merchant looks like that.

That looks like an npc from a mod. I can swear I’ve seen it before

Yes in fact i just realised that i have the chinese textures enabled thank you !
