Mobile Items and tools image next to cursor

Is there a way to get rid of the items and tools image next to the cursor I noticed people on PC do not have this it's annoying because you can see it it gets in the way I know what I have equipped.

like I know I'm mining with a Drax can this icon not show because I think I saw a life fruit but I can't tell because the Drax is in the way
