Bister
Terrarian
I've suggested this before, but this is the single thing I want more than anything in Terraria. The concept of journey mode I think is insanely cool, and as someone who 100%ed it when it released (Despite the pain that CERTAIN items gave), doing so is a genuinely very fun challenge. There's one giant issue, though, there's no way to keep track of what items you're currently missing. All you can do is check what items you currently do have, and use a third party site to try and look for the ones you are missing. It is for this reason I am suggesting a journey mode checklist. I do understand the fear of spoiling every item in the game to a potentially new player; the game has thousands of items and part of the magic when first getting into it is learning about all of them one by one, so I would suggest adding it in the same way as the bestiary. An unresearched item would be marked with a question mark until it is researched, after which it's added to the list. A similar percentage bar could be added to the JMC to give a more immediate idea as to how close to 100% completion you are. For items like the carrot, which are researchable but not obtainable for everyone, they can remain researchable, just not on the checklist.
TLDR; 100%ing journey mode is a lot of fun, and a way to do it without relying on a third party checklist site would be a genuinely amazing addition.
