Working as Designed Journey's End Bug Where I Keep Getting Random Sounds Playing That Aren't Supposed To Be There

Fairly commonly while I'm playing (I play in a multiplayer world with my friends so I'm not sure if these sounds happen in solo) I get sounds playing at moments where they aren't supposed to play. The only sounds I've heard so far are the lunatic cultist sound and the moonlord death sound with the former happening at the very least 10 times and the latter only happening once so far.
