Will this Key farm work?

Theres also a water candle in there btw
 
I'd need an exact (biome) block count to be sure, but it looks like you'll be able to get jungle, frozen and either hallowed or crimson keys, depending on what type of tint that ice has. If there's one big block of each then you won't be able to get either of those, because they cancel each other's counts out. http://terraria.wiki.gg/Guide:Artificial_biomes

Not idea about the efficiency of your fish farm, of course. Got a water candle there somewhere, at least?
 
It should, and I also recommend you to make another one of this on your spawn point so that you will be able to farm keys while you're consuming your Pirate Maps yielded from that one. ;)
One more thing, if you have Battle Potions, use them. They makes processes like this really fast.

uhhm the two blocks are 100 red ice (ice/crimson) each and theyre both covered with lizahrd blocks so that'll be 80+ lizahrd blocks

and yes the is a water candle
