If so, then does the dungeon gotta be in mint condition?

Because i tried repairing the surface/entrace portion...

I slayed Golem about 20 times.

The Cultists and Moon Lord are not currently on console. Xbox One and PS4 will receive the 1.3 update that includes them. Xbox 360 and PS3 will not.

More 1.3 console info:
Xbox One and PS4 will get the 1.3 update
(target date is now Q3 2017)
