Yes, i will do your request, all you need is to come up with an idea, and which armor set i will re-sprite (optional but highly recommended).

How about a Black Mage form the Final Fantasy series or Joker from Persona 5?
Maybe have the Black mage one replace the Witch vanity set from the goodie bags and have the Joker one replace the Clown set sold by the Clothier.
You can choose which you like cause these are the two I can think off the top of my head.

I don't know how to get rid of the legs but I think it looks nicer with, let me know what you think.
