Basically what could be a convenient feature/rework for the weapon would be to allow players to manually rev up the gun without firing it (without using mana) while holding down right click (or the use bind) so when it's ready to be fired, it fires at max speed from the start.
Obviously the rev up is lost when switching to something else or when the player lets go of right click (tho it should slowly start to lose the rev up instead of immediately in this case)
When the player is firing and then releases right click, the gun should still fire at the respective speed. If the player stops firing but still has right click held, it should store the rev for the next firing sequence. Also instead of immediately coming to a halt, the gun should slowly lose its rev up when the player stops firing without holding right click (following what I said previously).
