It's rather simple, and rather undeveloped. Though, I like the idea of a laser repeater, so that's a plus on the general concept.

Why does it have to be a Repeater? Magic has already got lasers covered.

personally, I do agree with giving souls of might more use. the only weapons that specifically use souls of might (and none of the other boss souls) are the megashark and the light discs. so yes, they should have more of a use.

however, I don't agree with a repeater. there are already plenty of repeaters in hardmode (including the mech-tier hallowed repeater), so why not a machine gun or a rocket launcher?

So it isn't actually lasers? Because if it is actually lasers, then it would be better fitting as a Magic weapon. If it shoots red laser-like arrows, then I guess that would be pretty cool.
