I'm in expert FTW,the wall has around around 14200 health I think.

That would explain it. Wall of Flesh in FtW has 50% extra health on top of both Expert and FtW’s normal bonuses, and you’d probably need a large world in that case.

I don't really feel like lava charm is that rare. Obsidian Crates have ridiculously high droprates from lava fishing compared to how crates in water do, and the bait for them is one of the easiest ones to find in bulk.
