NPCs & Enemies Lihzahrd General (guaranteed power cell)

Rather than the power cell being a rare and grindy drop from normal lihzahrds, I would like to suggest a new rare enemy called the "Lihzahrd General" that has a guaranteed chance to drop the power cell.

Though this enemy would still be about the same rarity as the power cell currently is, this change would allow players to ignore regular lihzahrds if they want to specifically look for this general, and would feel less RNG dependent since you're guaranteed to get a power cell when you eventually find and kill one.

Edit: It could also drop a Lihzard transformation accessory

seems about right to me, and I've never had too much of an issue finding dungeon slimes. Sure

Just a lihzahrd but with a white cloak or something? always walks on hind legs and doesn't crawl as the grunts do, for it would never stoop to animalistic urges.

Maybe it could also do something like throw the spikes that fall down from that one trap, I think it just walking/running towards you would be a bit boring.

Ok. I think it should be more a Priest/Cleric than a general but sounds good.
