Single Thread RP Limbo.

(Question: could Tom potentially make things out of bones? Like i know the bone welder is a thing, but i dont know if Tom would be allowed to make things out of bones without one. I dont know if that would make him unfair or something due to his power to make bones)

Riolu is fine; he's the kind of guy who can meditate on top of the peak of a mountain for several hours while balancing on one foot, and then fight Metaknight, board the Halberd, fight evil clones of Peach and Zelda, fight Duon, get yeeted into Subspace, fight a bunch of bosses in the Great Maze, and help defeat Tabuu.

[Depends. A bow? Yes! Absolutely! A submachine gun? No. Too powerful. So, just don't make powerful items, and make it where it has, say, a cool down.]

(I meant more stuff like Furniture, basic tools, ect. However I don't know if him knowing to craft an axe would be considered metagaming because he's spent his entire life underground, and almost completely new to the aspect of trees. [not totally new because gem trees and glowing mushroom trees], gut good to know, thanks!)

[The snow begins to melt, and it becomes.... strangely hot. Like 100+ Degrees fahrenheit.]
 
*Tom was used to this kind of heat, as he had spent lots of time near lava deep underground. However, how it changed so quickly is rather puzzling to him.* "It was freezing cold just a moment ago, what's going on?" *he looked down at the snow on the ground as it rapidly melted into water.*

"They do have a reason. Most other skeletons are violent and not all that sharp. I only know of one other that's actually got something going for them, and he sells things to the humans that he meets. He's a cool guy."
