Single Thread RP Limbo.

“I wasn’t— you know what, frick it. I’ll go, and Esther tagging along is fine by me.”
“It’s not required and you can say no, but if you do, thanks. Also, I’ll be making extra stew for you guys for when you get back.”
*Tethin then looks to the remaining food in camp, starts a fire and begins making food for everyone, saving the best parts for Bright, Rope, Tom and Esther. It’s going to take some time, so it should be warm by the time they get back. He also asks Riolu if he has any requests.*

(Bright makes a few rounds of bullets. He keeps some in his hand and occasionally drops them as he wanders off to where Rope and Tom went. He stops...)

"Waiting for you, miss."

(d20: 7) Riolu doesn't notice Tethin fast enough, so he's still holding the Neutral Special above his head while he tries (d20: 8, 3), and fails, to dodge Tethin's shove. He gets knocked towards the area behind the tree (d20: 18, 6), but drops his Neutral Special, which falls onto the ground and explodes, propelling Riolu towards the area behind the tree at a much faster velocity.
(d20: 18, 18) Fortunately, Riolu manages to grab the tree as he flies past it, and regain his footing.
"Did you see how bad that thing's trajectory was, Tethin? I could've, and did, dodge it myself!"

Riolu walks out from behind the tree, seeing that it won't do anything to block that weapon's attack, and starts meditating in order to focus his Aura, and hopefully gain advantage on his upcoming Down Special.
Armatura's lens narrows, the rebar puncher now steaming as she removes her other arm from it, pushing her left shoulder forwards.

"Before I blow a hole in your hide, since it seems you can speak, why the hell are you in a construction site? Maybe, before you die a martyr, you could justify your being here, hell, maybe even get out of this alive if I feel enough pity for you.."

The MMU sits up from the small crater its landing made, oculus flickering a bit as it staggers to its feet, stumbling out of the crater.

"You'd better back off rust bucket. We ain't looking to fight but if you start something, you'd better make the first shot count 'cause you won't get a second."
*Tethin feels his wrists, his natural acids are ready. He motions for Riolu, Chis, Braven, Stygian and The Man with the Cloak to surround Armatura.*
"Check your odds, Machine. You'd be better off working with us rather than getting killed by us. As for your question, WE aren't in a construction site, YOU are in a residential area, known as our camp."

(Also, cool drawing. I just looked at it and it's awesome.)

(cobalt, is the bone pick strong enough to mine the glowing blue ore? should I roll for it?)
[Yes. It's strong enough. All pickaxes are strong enough to mine ores, it's just that different ores of different strengths require different rolls to break.]
[The glowing blue ore takes a roll of 6 or higher for D20, 3 for D10.]

Small correction about the whole food thing... Technically that's not a concern. I can produce enough sweets to feed everyone here.
The concern is not having other food sources for long, because I may not know a lot about other people or how humans actually work, but I've heard that too much candy can get you this thing called "Diabetes" or something. I don't know what it does but it sounds bad, and as far as I'm aware, it doesn't affect me.

(After a few opinions, I finally just asked Cobalt about the Rope god strength issue.

So physically? Weak af.
Magically using rope? Quite strong.
(That being said...)
*The Rope god, looking for adventure, leaves Tom to his mining and strolls deeper into the cave.*

Just like the old days. Well, it wasn't long ago. Just like my old home? I guess.

“Hey Chis, can you give me some more information on where your from? Things like SUVs and prison sentences sound a lot more familiar than ‘Pokermon’ {he forgets the name} and the like.”
Ah!
You see, prison, is like, this bad place where bad people go... like killers & thieves & stuff? Usually the sentences are somewhat fair, like 20 years for robbery and 60 to life for murder, and an SUV is a type of car/light truck. It can go pretty fast, and can hold quite a bit of weight. Also, Pokemon does exist in my universe, but as an anime & a game series. There are 251 of them, totalling two regions: Kanto and Johto. I've heard that the starters of the 3rd game are going to be revealed soon, but I'm skeptical... And none of the 251 look like Riolu, but it's clear we're all from different time periods.

*[d10:7] Tom's pick succesfully breaks into the ore and a chunk of it falls onto the floor. Tom picks it up and ponders examines the blue ore* "I havent seen anything like this before, Rope, since we're from the same world, any ideas?"

“This? This is nothing, I’ll just have to pick you off one by-… hold on you-“

Armatura lowers her rebar puncher, stabilizers snapping back down as it stops steaming.

“You said this.. isn’t a construction site? You idiot, I work here! Look around you dumb-“

Arma is looking around now, lens growing a bit wider.

“This isn’t a construction site..”

Sure isn't. By the way...
Chis points to SEAR-MMU.
Is that your son?

*Tethin lets out a releavied hiss.*
"No, it isn't, and there's plenty of innocent people who have been mysteriously teleported here, yourself included. We're trying to figure out why. So unless you're too busy trying to get yourselves killed, join us in trying to find out why we're here."

(THANK YOU)
(You're welcome!)

Riolu was going to explain that this isn't a construction site, but due to time zone stuff, Tehtin was able to do so first, so he stops meditating and walks back over to the rest of the group.
"So what's your name, construction worker? I'm Riolu."

*Tom digs up the rest of the blue rock, and puts his pick away* "Its great to see new ore, I was investigating some red ore that my pickaxe couldnt seem to even touch before I came here. I wonder if that stuff is here."
