I had this error came up while trying to play during my vacation. I did some looking around and how to fix it. I saw one that said if you have a wld.bak you can recover it by deleting the bak part of it. But I have three files. (my world name is Terraira) Terraria.wld Terraria.bad and Terraria.bak2. I have no idea what that means and from what I read you need a .wld file for your world to launch, so I really need help here.

I'm not your help, but im having the same issue and have yet to find a solution. However, you can make a copy of your world file when you stop playing for the day and put it in a folder outside of your game
