For the SE, one way to get better performance out of it, especially during multiplayer sessions, is you’ll want to make sure that all graphics settings are to low, and even try with backgrounds off. Depending on whether you’re the host or someone else is the host, performance is going to vary depending on the device specifications and connection. A higher-end device with blazing connection is always going to perform better than a lower-end device with questionable connection, there’s no way around it.
