Anytime I play single player now, I have lost the ability to use an item from my inventory (from say right-clicking to use/place) without first placing it in my hotbar. Playing in multiplayer it is fine though. I have tried resetting to default controls and tried smart cursor settings to no avail.
The other account on my son's Switch has lost the map and has no way of using it. I have checked the title screen setting (the one that toggles map usage on and off) and it is on.
there is also an inventory slot on the second account now that is invisible. Cursoring over it reveals no tooltip until the invisisble item is moved out of said slot. The slot is fourth from left side bottom row if that helps.
