Here are a few ideas to expand upon the Lunatic's drop table. Here are my ideas:
  • Ancient Manipulator 100%
  • Wish Bone (30-60) 100%
  • Star Lance 20%
  • Coin of Cthulhu (1-4) 20%
  • Lightnin' Bow 20%
  • Mystic Ritual 20%
  • Hailstorm Staff 20%
  • Bloodstone Circle 100% (Treasure Bag only)
Besides the Mask and Trophy, this will be it's new drop table.

Star Lance
84 melee damage
23 use time
7.5 knockback
A spear. Fires a spread of 5 star projectiles that bounce 5 times, but don't pierce.

Coin of Cthulhu
95 melee damage
14 use time
10 knockback
Stacks up to 5
A boomerang that has a velocity and range comparable to the Paladin's Hammer. Pierces infinitely, but doesn't bounce. Splits into 10 fragments that return to you but spread out for massive crowd control, in a similar scene to when the Lunatic absorbs the coin at the beginning of the fight.

Lightnin' Bow
76 ranged damage
21 use time
4 knockback
Summons a Vilethorn-like projectile of lightning, except it travels instantly like a Heat Ray and bounces off of enemies and blocks until the end of it's range. Auto-fires.

Mystic Ritual
32 magic damage
30 use time
Uses 20 mana
No knockback
Summons a golden bolt that expands into a circle of runes (like the ones the Lunatic summons with its copies) once it hits the cursor. Enemies who go near it orbit around the outside of it, as if they were worshipping it.

Snowflake Staff
65 minion damage
Summons a snowflake that looks like the one the Cultist summons and shoots 4 icicles in an X shape that pierce infinite blocks and enemies.

Bloodstone Circle
Accessory
Summons a circle of 12 bloodstones that orbit around you. These do about 60 damage to enemies.

And... the Wish Bone Gear!

Wishbone Armor
38 defense
Mask bonus: 25% chance not to consume thrown items, 35% thrown damage
Scalemail bonus: 10% thrown damage and crit chance
Greaves bonus: 25% thrown damage
Set bonus: 100% chance not to consume Bone Locusts
Crafted with 45 Wish Bones and 36 Luminite Bars

Bone Raven
64 thrown damage
No knockback
24 use time
Flies around, hurting enemies and homing in on them spastically. Pierces 5 times.
Crafted with 1 Wish Bone (makes 100)

Bone Locust
55 thrown damage
No knockback
Jumps high, trying to hit enemies. Pierces 3 times.
Crafted with 1 Wish Bone (makes 100)

Bone Scarab
72 thrown damage
No knockback
Skitters across the ground, charging enemies. When next to a wall, climbs them like a spider. Pierces once.
Crafted with 1 Wish Bone (makes 100)

What do you think?

Very interesting)))

That coin is called a 'Mysterious Tablet', you derp. :p

That being said, I am absolutely in support of the Cultist getting an extended drop table, including an Expert Mode drop. Make some changes to the other half of the bosses and we'll have an ACTUALLY COMPLETE Expert Mode. (That's admittedly something I've been REALLY miffed about and have yet to make a thread for.)

"Coin of Cthulhu" has a nice ring to it. :p

And thanks!
