Mac Mac Ingame Inventory Editor?

This is most likely the wrong section, but it made the most sense in my opinion.

I would like to know if there are any INGAME inventory editor mods or programs for mac.

Im fairly certain that there isn't one yet. I've looked, but I haven't found any inv edits (Or mods period) that work ingame
