So I put the wavbank in content and tried starting terraria but terraria wouldn't start up with the wavbank

Looks like 1.4.1.2 broke all Wavebanks.
Luckily someone posted a solution so I could fix it

Using QuickWaveBank and checking Advanced->Streaming.

Also, uploaded this as a Resource Pack to the Steam Workshop.

With Resource Packs my music gets choppy at times, but this happens with all packs so I guess other people don't have that issue.
