The magic robe (name w.i.p.) is a combinations of three accessories. The star cloak, the magic cuffs, and a moon stone. It serves the functions of all the listed accessories other than the magic cuffs, and with two changes.
The stars that fall from the star cloak will turn into mana stars when they hit something (Note: this does stack with the normal star cloaks stars, however the normal stars don't form mana stars). Mana stars are blue while falling and will deal magic damage. Increases magic damage by 5% as well.
However, there is a catch to using this: -20 mana and mana regeneration is reduced, like the health regeneration reduction in expert mode worlds.
One more thing: at night, mana stars have a chance of falling from the sky at any time, about 10x that of fallen stars.
